A natural gas well blowout that burned for two weeks in northern Alberta last year will not result in any penalties for owner Canadian Natural Resources, Ltd.The determination was made by the Energy Resources Conservation Board which investigated the Feb. 24, 2010 blowout at the well about 22 kilometers northwest of Hythe.
