ONGC in market for India platforms
Tenders out for five unmanned WHPs at WO 16 and Cluster 7
India’s Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has issued two tenders seeking contractors to build five unmanned wellhead platforms each for the WO 16 and Cluster 7 marginal field developments.
The tenders cover survey, design, engineering, procurement, fabrication and commissioning of the platforms, which will be installed off India’s west coast.
Italian offshore contractor Saipem is the front runner among shortlisted contenders looking to snag the subsea engineering, procurement, construction and installation contract for Husky Energy’s Liwan 3-1 gas field in the South China Sea.
