Kazakhstan's Kashagan may produce by end-2012-minister

Kazakhstan's giant Kashagan oil field should be in production by end-2012, slightly ahead of schedule, contractors for the project hope, the country's oil minister Sauat Mynbayev told reporters on Monday.
"Contractual obligation was to start in October 2013 but they think they will begin it from the end of 2012," he said after a meeting in the Indian capital.
