Shares of oil producer Plains Exploration & Production Co. rose Monday after the company said its level of proven reserves rose 16 percent in 2010.The company said its year-end estimated proved reserves rose to the energy equivalent of 416.1 million barrels of oil. The reserves were comprised of 54 percent oil and 46 percent natural gas.
