Canada: Cougars Fly to Offshore Rigs After Storm Subsides



Flights to offshore oil platforms have resumed after storm delays earlier this week.
High seas grounded the Cougar choppers that would normally traffic workers back and forth to work. The first flight left St. John’s for the Grand Banks 7:20 a.m. this morning.
