Husky Energy Q4 Profit Falls On Higher Costs, Lower Output
Canada-based integrated energy company Husky Energy Inc. on Tuesday reported a decline in fourth-quarter profit, as higher costs and lower output more than offset a rise in revenues.
Net earnings in the quarter slipped to C$305 million or C$0.35 per share from C$320 million or C$0.38 per share in the previous year. In the preceding quarter, net earnings were C$257 million or C$0.30 per share.
