Rotterdam looks to stimulate barge traffic for Austrian heavy lift
The Port of Rotterdam Authority has signed a Letter Of Intent (LOI) with Austrian Governmental Organisations ECO-PLUS and VIA DONAU to stimulate barge traffic for heavy lift cargoes.
