Sailor boycott may threaten oil flows more than Libya halt



The threat by international sailors' unions to boycott "high risk" oil sea lanes out of the Middle East because of frequent acts of piracy might prove a bigger risk to the smooth flow of crude from the oil-rich region than the disruption of Libyan oil exports, shipping sources said Thursday.
