OSX Hires Engineering Services For WHP-1 and WHP-2

OSX Leasing Group B.V., a subsidiary of OSX, entered into a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Techint Engenharia e Construção S/A ("Techint") on February 21, 2011, in order to initiate the basic engineering of two Wellhead Platforms (WHP-1 and WHP-2), which are to be chartered and operated by OSX subsidiaries to our client OGX, for the Campos Basin.
