Teekay Offshore GP L.L.C., the general partner of Teekay Offshore Partners L.P. reported fourth quarter GAAP net income attributable to the partners of $50.0 million, compared to $26.7 million in the same period last year. Adjusted net income attributable to the partners were $13.8 million.
