Wärtsilä appoints Björn Rosengren President and CEO as of 1 September 2011

Wärtsilä's Board of Directors has appointedMr Björn Rosengren M.Sc. (Tech.), born 1959, as the new President and CEO ofWärtsilä Corporation. He will assume the position on 1 September 2011,succeeding Mr Ole Johansson, who will retire.
