Croatia wants to protect ownership rights in INA
Croatia said on Friday it could seek some fresh legal solutions to protect its rights as a major shareholder in the oil and gas group INA, of which Hungary's MOL wants to become the majority owner.
The government did not specify what kind of solutions it might seek. It said in a statement it wanted to protect its position in the company and national interest in the energy sector.
