EOG ponders joint venture deals for 2011-exec

EOG Resources Inc would consider taking a joint venture partner for some of its shale gas acreage should the exploration company's plans to sell as much as $1.5 billion in natural gas assets in 2011 not go well, an executive said on Wednesday.
