Shell had "access to everything" in Nigeria-WikiLeaks



Royal Dutch Shell had infiltrated key Nigerian ministries, giving it access to politicians' every move in the oil-rich nation, the Guardian said, citing U.S. diplomatic cables obtained by WikiLeaks.
The oil giant's top executive in Nigeria, Ann Pickard, told U.S. diplomats in Abuja in October 2009 that Shell had obtained secret information, including a letter showing Nigeria had invited bids for oil concessions from China.
